When I was their it was a tight knit family atmosphere. The sales team and management really cared about each other and their successes.

Cons

Bonus Structure was based on the whole teams efforts rather than the individual.

Management truly cares. Was a great after college job. Learned a lot. Neat interacting with so many people. Huge fan of the properties.

Pay and hours are really bad. Feels like you have to do your time at front desk in order to move up.
