Hotel Employee Travel Benefits, Decent Healthcare Plan

Cons

No Employee Recognition, Favoritism, Private Conversations with HR made public knowledge within department creating a hostile work environment for retaliation with team and management. No integrity, the slackers get the praise and recognition. Do not value employees only when its beneficial when hotel is short staffed and need others to work when major call outs. No acknowledgement with a simple thank you.
