Loved Job, Company but not my Boss.

I love the company, and the hotel business over -all. I have worked for almost all the hotel companies and its a great company to work for.

Cons

My direct boss was lazy, didn't know what he was doing, not coming to work, and had no idea on how to run the F&B department. He was just a fixture at the hotel.
