Lots of hours, lots of experiences, Excec. Chef open to ideas and suggestions

Cons

Not enough staff or help. Sometimes the work gets a little overwelming but job still gets done with the right team.

fast pace, shifts go by quickly due to the high guest volume.

Cons

Supervisors dont really want to train new people, everyone feels their salary is too low. Nobody goes above and beyond for the guests. Long hours on your feet
