Pros

Really awesome work environment, with always friendly coworkers and managers. Quick paced, but sometimes overloaded.

Cons

Hours can be hard to come by especially during the slow periods, based on how much volume of business is in the convention side. Kitchen staff is awesome, but the front of the house restaurant staff. Feels like they don't care about the customers, they are just money grabbers. With their lack of passion at night, makes it hard to want to do a good job.

Very nice work environment and co-workers. Free lunch provided and very good competitive pay for each position. Employee appreciation is at a 100% at this work place.

Cons

Going through renovation so the shortage of hours kind of sucks. Better communication amongst departments needed. Better managind and decision making.
