Embassy has great benefits available with quality work spaces and high end banquets spaces. Commission is excellent

Cons

The hours aren't steady and it can be difficult to move up within the company. I was hired on and promised 35 hours and I get an average of 20 hours a week.

There were a lot of available hours since so many employees were either fired or quit.

Cons

The organization did not put interest into making sure their employees were fully equip for their tasks and assignments. The HR department only told you what you wanted to hear but never put action to their words.
