Hotel discount, if you plan to travel. Pay is more if you can deal with the horrible environment.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. They don't promote within, so theres no room for growth. Everyone ends up quitting due to the fact that there HR is a joke.

Unprofessional front desk management who will throw you under the bus and speak negatively about her employees to other employees, plenty of double standards with the employees she has close relationships, late employee reviews which result in no raises, low pay, no room for advancement, work on holidays, desk open 24/7, 365
