The pay is good but they over work all the staff.

Pros

They hire a lot of people who don't speak much English. They reliably provide food to the day crew. If it is snowing outside and you can't safely go home and come back in time for work the next day, they will offer a room to sleep in. The pay a lot of holiday bonuses.

Cons

Physical pain do to the work load is expected and accepted by every one. No one has an easier work load just different work strains. They don't reliably provide food to the night crew. The rest prides are too short and few.

When I think about my employment here, there was no Pros working here

Cons

No discount for the restaurant, no discount for the suite shop as hotel employees. Management could care less for you working there. They are quick to condemn you if a guest complains about you, but immediately dismisses a guest compliment.
