It's an okay place to work, but be ready for some noise.

Pros

As part of the Hilton brand it's a well established company who works hard to train their employees. They have a great corporate culture and (for the most part) honest passion about a guest experience. Salary is on the low end, but sticks near the market.

Cons

The design of the hotel allows for noise to travel. It varies by property, but the one I have experience with needs to pay attention to how their employees are recognized for their work.

Pros

Embassy Suites always seemed like a well run hotel. The employees and management shared a great deal of respect and communicated well. Each day always brought something new.

Cons

My commute to work was a little long. Also, if you do not want to work nights and weekends then certain positions won't be a good fit.
