Sexual harassment from guests

Cons

I had to endure quite a lot of sexual harassment from some of the guests. I brought this up to my manager and told him how some of the guests made me feel uncomfortable due to the sexual harassment. He responded with "sometimes you just have to smile and get through it". The General Manager berates and belittles employees on a regular basis. Extremely condescending towards and discriminates against women.

Its fun to meet people who are travelling or on vacation, and they can be generous tippers.

Cons

The management made unilateral decisions that made only their roles easier. They seemed lazy and did not make changes that benefited anyone else, including guest experiences.
