      Good hotel stay benefits rates Organized payroll

      Cons

      Not transparent tip sharing reporting to employees and potential use of tips in banquets as a favortism ans way to keep dining room staff who dint make enough income so they guve them work in banquets and the original banquet workers suffer financially as a consequence No training on eqipment operations like the POS Etc

      Don’t pay nearly enough felt unappreciated and replaceable any issues I would bring up would be pushed aside no communication between front desk and housekeeping no communication with front desk manager
