Pros

You get all the benefits you can think of. Plus team member perks like hotel stays at any Hilton hotel for $40 a night and discount for friends and family too. Great work environment! And super fun place to work also.

Cons

They do not pay enough hourly pay!!! And you only get paid 2 times a month, on the 10th and 25th of every month. It’s not embassy suites itself, its corporate, O’Reilly Hospitality Management. And the way they do your overtime hours isn’t right. You may work overtime but that doesn’t mean exactly that you’ll be getting paid for overtime. It’s all in how they break down a pay period which they shouldn’t.
