Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with 3Pillar Global. Our Sales Team is continuously working on bringing in new projects. I can assure you apart from an Internal Promotion we don't have any changes in our India Top Management team from last 2 years. We believe that changes in the processes are done so that they can be made better. We don't intend to Fire anyone but in adverse situations wherein we find no business requirement we have to let them go.
