We have a good Retention Percentage and we are even taking steps to increase that further so it’s hard to believe that the old Employees are leaving because of worst management. I
There are positions in the organisation which needs qualified/ prepare people. There are interactions which happens with people who are potential candidates for those positions. Eg. We helped Test Manuals to learn Test Automation, they have to go through an interaction to assess if they have build the test automation capability.
