Pros

These so called cheaters will hire u on the name of automation but will deploy u in poor pathetic manual testing projects, fake commitment mad by hr at time of hiring No automation project is actually happening, worst manager who plays dirty politics, why u guys r hiring in name of automation and deploying in manual testing projects

Cons

These company is the worst company to ever worked with, no new technology for QA people

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I would also like to take this chance to comment on your points. We never had the Scarcity of the projects for QA Automation. QA manual work is part of the jobs and which is communicated by the acquisition team during the time of the interview itself. Our management strives to reach everyone through our best strategies. We are known for our best work culture where we believe in transparency, openness, treating each other with dignity and respect, giving opportunity to grow, investing in the growth of our people and developing a high performing team hence it is hard to believe that our management is full of politics. -Remote work and unlimited paid time off

Cons

-Leadership is atrocious -Raises and bonuses are nonexistent -Restructure again, still a mess -Low salaries -Toxic environment. Leaders are bullies. -No 401k match -Healthcare benefits are terrible. -Job security -No growth/career path -No ethics/no culture -Lacks most corporate benefits you'd find elsewhere
