Pros

Flexible timings Work life balance Less pressure In house food facilities are great Cab facilities are good

Cons

No hikes Full of politicians No growth You will be used and thrown once project is over. No bench strength so fear of layoffs would always be with you. Outdated projects, Worst appraisal, If you are already on higher limit of band then forget about hike, after 12 months of hard work you will get a pair of eggs. LoL

Thank you for talking high about our culture and Benefits. We always believe in serving our employees the best in terms of healthy environment, culture, work life balance, training & development, initiatives and platforms for knowledge sharing, free meals including breakfast and snacks, etc. About the cons mentioned by you, e always invest in market benchmarking and provide competitive increments to our team members which depends from individual to individual on the basis of skillset, performance, potential, etc. This Market Benchmarking is very specific to our sector of Companies and is considered as one of the best ways of performance management. We also keep ourselves upgraded with the market pay scales and keep having market studies of pay scale in order to maintain market standards. Bench Hiring is one of the strategies for safeguarding our future requirements, so we do follow that and currently we have a 10% of Bench Strength available with us. If you ever feel like talking more and discussing with us personally, please feel free to write us at alankrita.shree@3pillarglobal.com.
