Pros
-A lot of learning opportunities with internal trainings and knowledge sharing sessions taking place weekly on various areas, starting from soft skills to different technologies, a great way to keep up with the industry -People are genuinely willing to help their colleagues when they need it -During covid, management was transparent and supportive, also kept all employees -Employees do not complain about stuff, which to me translated to people being genuinely happy at work -I don’t dread starting work each morning, I actually enjoy working here -Working here seems to be a plus in the eyes of other companies, too, as I got about 5 other job offers since working here, I did evolve as well, but I think the company name also stands out on my resume -First salary raise was after 6 months, so if you do a good job, they don’t wait years to reward you
