Pros

Very healthy and positive environment Delicious food They encourage every employee to learn and grow They provide many learning opportunities through online library(Kwench), Pluralsight subscriptions, In house library and they also conduct training sessions regularly. They encourage everyone to share their learnings with others. No work pressure and very considerate managers Managers there help you learn, never ask you to work outside office hours, they give more than enough time to do a job Leadership is awesome and they truly work with growth mindset

Cons

Awards depend on budget for project more than individual's talent
