5yWe would like to start with thanking you for the feedback. We are glad that you are getting all the required support from your reporting manager sand also able to maintain work life balance. Organisation pays a lot of focus on driving a culture of supportive managers who are more like enablers. This is one of the reason to have one People Manager from our organisation falling in top 100 people managers in GPTW survey. Withal we believe in continuous improvement hence all our team members, including management are open for feedback and suggestions which can bring improvement. As we can see, you are currently working with 3Pillar and it will be great if you can connect with Talent Team or manager to share your ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.
