4yWe thank you for the positive feedback. Because of the trust shown by our team members, we have been able to bag GPTW certification 5th time in a row. To live our value of continuous improvement and intent to provide maximum flexibility to our team members, we introduced work from anywhere policy , which was also our proactive step to transition to hybrid working, We strive to come up with more employee friendly policies and continue our fair working environment to enable all team members to learn and grow. We also acknowledge your feedback on compensation and need of spreading more awareness on our Total Rewards Philosphy. We follow a very transparent compensation philosophy and grade wise defined salary range to ensure fair compensation for all our team members. We encourage them to discuss such matters with their managers and Talent Business Partners to get more insights on the total rewards. This may give a pleasantly additional information that as our regular practice and a proactive measure , we also align our salary bands with market standards every six months in our endeavour to ensure fair and relevant compensation for our team members.
