We are committed to making 3Pillar Global a place that fosters development and growth both for our employees and our clients. One of the things that drives this is becoming strategic partners for our clients. To achieve it we promote “product mindset” as a core component in our working culture. We realize that getting to the strategic stage is usually a journey. Not all client relationships are there yet, and we are highly appreciative of our teams for the continuous and consistent effort to get us there.
Change has indeed been a strong tide in our decisions during the past years, whether these have been changes at management level, restructuring teams or the launch of new company strategies - they all have been designed to help navigate us through to the next stage in scaling our business. While we do gather from your feedback that sometimes this can look and feel inconsistent, this can teach us that we need to create more transparency, more iterative communication and more attention to individual heads up and reviews in terms of employee and company well-being.
