      Pros

      Great communication with everyone, people were nice and really care about creating a good work environment. Great Salary

      Cons

      They have more people that projects. I was there waiting for project for almost 5 months, and i wasn't a thing about my coding skills or my tech stack, cause it wasn't just me, they hired a bunch of developers from different stacks and none of us got a project, after 5 months, some were there even before me. So, summarized, they tend to do a lot of active hiring and not have enough projects for all.

      -Remote work and unlimited paid time off

      Cons

      -Leadership is atrocious -Raises and bonuses are nonexistent -Restructure again, still a mess -Low salaries -Toxic environment. Leaders are bullies. -No 401k match -Healthcare benefits are terrible. -Job security -No growth/career path -No ethics/no culture -Lacks most corporate benefits you'd find elsewhere
