Pros
- Flexi Working Hours - A company with Vision - HR is friendly and is always concerned about employees - One of best paymaster in the region - Not a "lala waali" company at all... Its Young! - Celebrations and fun activities throughout year - Free lunch & dinner throughout day snacks
Cons
- No organic growth (Appraisal is by performance and not years of experience). Its a pros for me but many might take it up as cons - Some Admin policies might irritate you (like taking permission of manager for Business Cards) - Festive leaves aren't many - You need to be always in motion of showcasing your capabilities
