Pros
Some good people to work with Flexible hybrid working ( only if your lm is fine with it)
Cons
1. Top heavy organization structure, so less junior staff have to do work for free (no billable time for you) 2. Culture is bad. No line management as your lm don’t care and don’t know what you do. By saying so, it is very DIFFICULT to get help from senior people as they are ALWAYS BUSY 3. Diverse people but not equal opportunities 4. Unfair pay/ no clear career path for progression even though the PR is undertaken every year but it’s mainly a ‘task’ for u and lm
