Pros
Great team environment that promotes collaboration and on the job learning. The employees are among the leaders in the industry. Great availability and flexibility in work schedules to meet the needs of the staff. Very big company, allowing more flexibility in moving from technical roles to project management roles, to personnel management roles, simply because those jobs exist, and at more locations.
Cons
Very big company, which does have more "red tape", and has an existing culture that employees need to conform to.
