Not What I Hoped For - Anonymous employee AECOM Employee Review

Just about everything else. The Norfolk office is still going by URS and fighting rebranding to AECOM. One person tries to tell everybody what to do. You are not heard and you can easily work 60-70 hours a week. They talk out of both sides of their mouth! Oh no we don't want anyone to have to work over 40 but then if work gets behind....why aren't you working over. Everything you do is watched. Nothing is good enough.Horrible petty upper management. Do not join the Norfolk AECOM office. The others areas of AECOM seem to have reasonable professionals and not the cattiness we put up with.
