Pros
- I had a great team, (although this was a little uncommon at AECOM) - Good diversity initiatives and support for women - Opportunity to work on great projects
Cons
- AECOM feels like a big American company who doesn't care about it's people - Difficult to make change with all the red tape - Has a set way of doing things which is slow to update - Employee benefits not great
