Pros
It might be good for graduates or if you don't find a job Fake reputation makes CV looking good They might seduce you paying more than you worth Offices are great but who cares when you are dealing with liars and hypocrites If you are good at staging, go man this is your place.
Cons
I left my full time job in Sydney to join AECOM in Melbourne after they promised me with 6 months training as i was overseas migrant with limited local experience and Construction background. So I needed some guidance. I found no support since the first day with no introduction to my background to my colleagues. Everyone was running away from me like I was trash. Horrible experience in my professional career. Later on I understood that I was just a temporary replacement for a short time. However I gave it my best shot and did really well considering I'm new to the Australian market. Involved myself with 5 projects and I was comfortable with my clients. Helped the engineers who were on leave and put myself under pressure to do more work and learn new things. Eventually, no appreciation. They started to copy HR with my mistakes, which were actually team mistakes, but they tailored it for me. One of the complains that I'm not sitting around the team! Funny as hell because I used to join all social events and made some good friends too! I replied aggressively to one of their emails. Somehow they retreated but still playing around. I threw the resignation after this disrespectful attitude. They're a group of friends only if you manage to be one of them you'll survive. Most of the people turn their back quickly to you. No one worth the trust. If you you're happy at your work, please don't go to this toxic place. You will lose many things on the way.
