Pros
It is really difficult to find positives. Let's see. The office was at least kept clean. Nice new facilities. Change rooms and showers. I'm glad I left before I was laid off.
Cons
Welcome to my nightmare. Not only was I mistreated, but I witnessed daily bullying of others, especially graduates who couldn't fend for themselves. There are some devious unprofessional people running this place. They smile in your face, act like your best friend and then stab you in the back. Employees are treated like disposable factory workers. They keep laying off people and then dumping more and more work on those who are left. There are people at AECOM doing the work of three and getting no reward or appreciation, while others play on Facebook all day. Only those who suck up to management and backstab their colleagues get promoted. Company is full of little cliques who have private meetings all day, put their time on your projects and treat themselves to private lunches at the company expense.
