Honestly, there is not a single pro that I have found working for this out of date business.

My experience is that AECOM is not an inclusive organisation. It spends a lot of time and money on diversity and inclusion marketing both internally and externally but the reality for many people from minority backgrounds is completely different. If you complain about discrimination they will respond severely to make sure neither you nor anyone else complains again. In my case they dragged out a complaint for months and eventually decided it was my fault for being discriminated against! The working conditions are poor, staff turnover is around 20%, sickness absence is high, morale is very low and their attitude is to simply replace employees with new unsuspecting ones without any effort to change the cause of the issues. Standards are also very low, hence talented people leave fairly quickly, as does anyone with a personality who is treated as an outcast that has to either confirm to the whiteprint or become ostracised! Pay is also well below market value, so expect to work long hours if you're lucky enough to get project work, if not, expect to sit around wasting your time. They will promises that they are unlikely to deliver on, so don't expect any agreements to be honoured.
