Pros
Lots of opportunities, large company so it's easy to find something if your wanting to progress, lots of resources and good people
Cons
Can get pigeon holed and sometimes hard to get out of an area if your stuck. I have a very specialized set of skills developed from very specialized projects that have hindered me transferring them elsewhere. Experience can be great or bad based on individual offices and management. Look out for yourself because they will only help you if you help yourself.
