Pros
Being proactive has helped me to be involved in some of the most exciting projects worldwide. The support for graduate ( and post graduate) career development is very good. Very friendly colleagues and regular social events as well.
Cons
If you're not proactive career development might not be as good as it could be, also applies for working on top projects. People need to sell themselves.
