Pros
With the acquisition of URS, there has been positive change of looking more long term and balancing that with the current bottom line. Previous management seemed to only be concerned about current bottom line and less concerned with what is best for long term good of the company.
Cons
Large Publicly Traded company requires constant reporting of budgetary numbers and utilization projections.
