People centered company that is truly interested in its employees. They are constantly looking at better ways to meet our project requirements. AECOM is not afraid of change.
Cons
No real cons. If you are most comfortable with a company who never changed it processes and likes to remain stagnant this is not a good fit. AECOM is a big company that cares about their employees.
