Pros
It is the largest company in the world in engineering so there are plenty of opportunities/projects to work on. You are not required to work too much, so it can be a good option for someone who just wants a stable position in a well-known company.
Cons
Hierarchy: management does not even think it is worth listening to senior colleagues below. Disorganized: record of projects is a nightmare, coordination between and within teams, communication, etc. Discrimination: sexist and xenophobic - men and people from the country where you work always get the best opportunities and career development with less qualifications and experience. Women are a large minority, specially among managers. No idea of what diversity means. Poor quality of execution projects. Business-cash-oriented but not quality oriented. Some/many managers have very poor technical skills (they are recruited mainly because of their previous experience with clients). Low salaries. No space for creativity. People enter (because they know someone inside) and (most) leave asap. Some of the cons are due to the size of the company, others are company specific, and those are huge cons.
