Pros
Obviously a large company so you get resources you wouldn't normally find at small companies.
Cons
-Constant threats of lay-off if you aren't billable which is something that you can't control as an entry-level employee. -I had to take PTO when I wasn't billable and then leave without pay when I ran out of PTO. - They didn't pay time and a half for overtime hours. I had to settle in a class action lawsuit in order to get the money I was owed (still didn't reimburse for the total overtime that I worked) -entry level pay is TERRIBLE for geologists
