Pros
Since new management has taken over the atmosphere has changed. Management actually cares about us and how we are doing day to day as well as training. We can go to them with out fear of losing our jobs.
Cons
the commission should of stayed the same due to the fees being different for every hospital makes it hard for some of us to make it per month. instead of monthly commission may be it should be quarterly so that everyone can receive something based on what we bring in. or give everyone a raise to make this job a compete with other jobs with good benefits.
