Pros

It's a company which will give you good experience from a corporate environment, and there are a few good people that work in this office as well. That's about it.

Cons

Where to begin? This is a completely bureaucratic environment where you will need a form for everything that has to be signed off by several key managers before something happens. The coffee sucks. The level of deception within this office is unbelievable. Management only cares about the financial aspects of the projects and keeping people billable. There's hardly any diversity, unless you just count the ratio of men to women. The pay is probably the worst within the industry, I know people that have been here for 5 years, yet the company has hired in new graduates for the same position that make more than them (Yes, that's the icing on the cake). There's really no culture, no comradery, nothing that promotes employee satisfaction or team building. It's a very dull office with gray cubicles and a feel that will remind you of the movie "Office Space". There's literally a guy with glasses that walks around with a coffee mug and doesn't do anything. There's too much favoritism going on in here as well, there's one executive that really caters to all of the younger females within the office and has no regard for anyone else that puts in hard work. They also deem you a buffoon if you aren't an engineer or don't have an engineering background. Overall, just stay away. These people really don't care about their employees.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
