      Great Brand and product! Very customer centric approach.

      Cons

      Frequent re-engineering and often retrenchment of employees. The HR will strive hard to remove as many employees without packages as possible especially in Asia Pacific.

      -The best leaders’ teams and most competitive teams require a lot of political play to get into -“take your career into your own hands” mentality rather than true investment in internal talent from the top down at times
