Pros
business is booming, when incentives are made money is good but it isnt always steady. training is there, alot of tools to use in your daily job duties some people in upper management are helpful and willing to help grow your career company values are 100% good job doesnt pay as well if you have mountains of student loans to pay
Cons
technology isnt advanced enough is some aspects cut costs sometimes in the wrong places now that we are in a complete virtual enviornment need to spend more focus on keeping team together, the company itself does most things the old fashioned way, your encouraged to be innovative but i dont see much innovation happening. things take too long to happen career development happens at too slow of a pace.
