      Great travel benefits and learned about places, I've never heard of before. rewarding job when you are able to help people get to safety, especially during natural disasters.

      Cons

      Leadership, Leadership, Leadership. A lot of the leadership on the floor where in cliques & played favoritism. Singling people out and belittling them.

      -Collaborative people depending on which business unit you’re in -great work life balance

      -The best leaders’ teams and most competitive teams require a lot of political play to get into -“take your career into your own hands” mentality rather than true investment in internal talent from the top down at times
