Pros

Long time employees really care about their job and the company. They do what it takes to get the job done despite ongoing compensation decreases. The drive to understand in great detail the business is unlike I've ever seen. They don't just process the work they know why and how to troubleshoot. In times of market distress everyone pulls together to get the job done well without complaining.

Cons

Ongoing pay cuts, increased medical costs, and decreased benefits. By in large new employees work 9-5 whether or not the job is done. There's a lot of time spent by management to bring up moral through games, awards, and the like. The firm is catering more to the younger generation at the expense of knowledge and dedication.
