      Pros

      The pros for working at AIG were a lot of discounts, perks, managers and officers loically were great to work with. Great fun working with team and and others in the building.

      Cons

      Not enough training in some areas. Excessive overtime that interfers with life balance.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
