      Young people around except few managers, free transportation, brand name, opportunity to travel abroad. Risk Engineers are valued the most.

      Cons

      Low salary, bad system (get), new bugs in engineering systems, incompetent person leading ges, bad genfor(TCS). No kitchen, somewhat bad hr policy, low recognition to talent

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
