      Decent benefits. Good PTO plan and paid holidays.

      Cons

      They have virtually eliminated hybrid. Most departments are five days a week in the office. You will work longer hours, be asked to monitor your email on PTO, or worse, work during your PTO.

      The 401(k) matching contribution is excellent.

      Cons

      Commuting to New York City four days per week. The schedule does not allow for remote work.
