Pros

I would say that you have alot of banter, There's always alot of things to do. Ihad alot of issues before going into this job and I have now started to get my life back on track thanks to my managers. If you put in the hard work they will reward you. When I first started they put me on early shifts starting at 6am till 2pm. I am not a early person so it was difficult but soon as I showedthem what I was worth they have me later shifts and to this day work around the hours I can do. I couldn't recommend this job enough. If you want to get the best out of retail then Aldi is for you!.

Cons

There can be alot of bad customers but Aldi give you the right training to over come that.

I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

Cons
