      Pros

      Good pay. Off on holidays. Some store managers will work around your work/school balance.

      Cons

      Omg! Where do I start! You work hard...constantly bust your A** and back and never get any praise! Only a few employees so everyone talks about everyones personal lives. No time for anything other than this place!! Summer is busy and then right back down to 24 hrs!!! If u call in or have to be late...be prepared for the silent treatment! If u want a life DONT APPLY HERE!!!

      Pros

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
