Huge amount of responsibility Free rain to run your store the way you want (to a degree) Directors & MD knows you by name Massive salary in return for the work you put in
Cons
Little to no support from AM’s once the going gets tough, you just expected to deal with it or ‘manage the situation’ and then your performance managed by your AM for your management. There is a very evident ‘blame’ culture AM’s with minimal people management skills Work/Life balance is non existent Responsible for your store even during times of annual leave.
