Pros

I love my coworkers. Most of them anyways. That's really it. I mean of course, I like the pay, the paid holidays, vacation time, and paid sick and personal days. I like having health insurance. I like the morning shift because you get there at 5 am and the store doesn't open til 9 and you can listen to music while you work. Also after working there 2 years you don't get any more pay raises but you get a nice bonus check at the end of the year which is cool.

Cons

Ummm...how about the DMs expect the store to be flawless no matter how busy and understaffed the store is? Constant ridicule and hardly any positive feedback. Everything is always wrong, messy, or not good enough. The work is hard...like the heavy lifting for hours at a time...and the leaky chicken that you have to stock on the shelves is gross. Being in the freezer is awful...as you can imagine. The stress of running a busy store with only 3 people working is the most difficult to be honest. I also hate waking up at 4 am to be at work. And sometimes having to close and getting out at 11pm and expected to open the store again which means being there again at 5am the next day.
