Pros
Great benefits and that’s about it.
Cons
Over the past several years, the workplace culture has declined significantly. The “people-first” approach that once set this company apart no longer seems to exist. Employees with decades of service—those who have earned awards, delivered measurable value, and saved the company millions—are often let go without meaningful consideration. Leadership decisions are frequently made without consulting direct supervisors, resulting in sudden workforce reductions that occur as often as every quarter. This creates an environment of instability and uncertainty, where employees feel constantly at risk. There are many companies that genuinely value and support their employees. Unfortunately, this is no longer one of them. The lack of transparency and consistent layoffs make it difficult to feel secure or focused in your role.
